As the initial founders, we are a group of students from multiple secondary schools in West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We are looking for any student and parent in Canada who supports Vote 16 to join us as a member or take management roles.
United by the Vote16 movement, we can project our voice and push the passing of laws that benefit youth political participation and Political Transparency.
We demonstrate our influence through concrete actions from our members and the publication of their unique and insightful articles. Let us work together for a better tomorrow for Canada and our world.
You can simply be a member of this club by joining our Discord Server, or be a partner or take on management roles by either:
- Bring 50 signatures for our VOTE16 support letter; or
- Write 3 political and legal-related articles and publish them on this website; or
- Raise $1,000 in donations for our club/ society.
In return we will:
- You will be featured on our website and part of our team or partners.
- Issue written proof of your outstanding contribution on behalf of our club/ society;
- All the donations we receive will be used for the club.
Disclaimer:
At this stage, our civic writer club is only recorded in West Vancouver Sentinel Secondary School.
We are going to register this club as a non-profit Organization /Society under the Acts of BC, while it has not yet been conducted.
